If you see blood in stool then you must consult the doctor bit if stools are only watery then you can start giving enterogermina twice a day and also sinfonia syrup and stop giving milk to baby and you can give curd rice sooji Upma khichdi

Green coloured motion could probably be due to stomach infection as your child is showing blood and all into the poo that means your child is suffering with an infection which is why I would recommend you to consult your doctor once for further treatment
