Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. yes it's normal. It is absolutely normal for the baby to not pass motion even for up to one week if the baby is on breastfeeding so no need to worry if it is above one week then you can apply glycerine suppository for easy motion of the baby no syrup for medicine is given orally till 2 years of age for constipation as not recommended.
