my baby often sucks her fist or thumb..is it normal?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes.put gloves.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

Yes Absolutely normal you will always see most of the times kids sucking their fingers of thumb but that’s very normal at this age for them if you see that your child is crying making a fist and not looking that could be a sign for hunger but yes so most of the times it is not hunger is just come
