My baby often has bumps woth redness in leg and hand areas,which is itchy i think so.and baby was so irritated,plz suggest what is this condition and treatment for the same

The picture that you have posted this is looking like a mosquito bite only to me and nothing else so I can recommend you to apply coconut oil regularly onto the affected area if that is also not helping then you can consult your doctor for further assistance maybe they can help you with any other cream or ointment to apply
