My baby of 4 months is having stool like this. It is Watery at times. Is this color and texture normal ? completely on breastfeed

A. Hello mom if it has sour odour to it , it indicates tummy issues , their in digestion issues , take care of your diet if your breast feeding the baby and also check if the baby is teething as such
