my baby now turned for. 6momths. can I giv solid food.. patato carrot rice .

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes after completion of six months you can give baby semi solid food . and you can include dal soup khichdi daliya ragi porridge suji items banana apple, pumpkin potatoes and carrot. take care
