In this here it is very difficult to comment properly untuil a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor shuo that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Then maybe your child is not taking sufficient feeding or your child is dehydrated probably which is why this may be happening that your child has not passed sufficient amount of unit in last eight hours try to include the intake of water and all for your child
