Vritika AroraMom of 3 children2 years agoA. hello dear if the child is active playful and achieving all the milestones on time then weight is not an issue at all. do not overfeeding the child just to increase weight.
still potato sweet potato banana full fat yogurt almonds ragi oats eggs pulses and good weighing foods.
add Desi ghee to the diet.
