my baby not gone to motion from 3days

Keep her hydrated by giving her BM whenever she demands.
Massage her with coconut oil (with her tummy empty i.e. she should not have eaten before massage)
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Mom should take tomato soup ..
Please consult pediatrician if symptoms Persist
