my baby morning time he is active no hot head but night time head and hand parts become hot

Did you take a temperature with a thermometer because sometimes the body can be warm it necessarily does not mean that there is fever so please take a temperature with thermometer and if that is fever and happening every day and it could be associated with teeth coming viral please check with your doctor
