my baby making sound while he sleeping is it any problem

If the baby has a cold and cough or recently recovered from the cold/cough then due to phlegm accumulation and congestion cause gurr..gurr... sound while the baby sleeps . Consult the Doctor if the baby often makes sound in sleep after 4-5 days .
