my baby just passed blood cloth while urinating. urine was normal. what should be the reason.

Your child has passed blood clot or blood cloth what are you willing to say not clear to me but if there is a clot urine is clear then how can there be a blood clot that’s not clear to me but in either of the situation it is not normal you please have an assessment with your doctor on that
