Q.
my baby just fallen down and some how he got hit and blood came from lips. he is fine now. The white colour in pic is baby pics... what cream should I use??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. it's totally okay and don't stress yourself just maintain proper hygiene at the injury site.
Just keep a watch for 24 hours if baby is having normal feeding and normal physical activities as regular before, then nothing to worry about
if in case you observe something different or if baby is feeling very sleepy then you can consult with your pediatrician

He fell on water tank iron cover( we can see it on manholes) I personally feel the lips got hit by his teeth. Their is no other scratches on his body. Since he fell on iron cover TT injection is mandatory?
