my baby is2 years old is private part becomes red with small pimples and he is itching him both penis and scrotum

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hello good evening !! Rashes might be due to wetness near diaper area.
After diaper change clean with unscented wipes or soft cloth dipped in warm water pat dry completely.
Change nappy or diaper 3-4 hours leaving more hours cause leakage,wetness results in diaper rashes.
Use diaper rash cream or virgin coconut oil on rashes and leave ,apply frequently 3-4 times a day.
