My baby is15 month old and yesterday in night and today she suffering from fevar 101.3 c I m so worried? She always so active but now she is lay down all the time

A. the baby is 1 year 3 months of age if the baby is having fever you can give calpol 120 to the baby 5ml 3 times a day depending on the need
