Q.

my baby is vomiting (after feeding taking out the milk) and having motions(greenish yellow) what shall I do ?

A. vomiting is common after feed in babies this is because of reflux action.. always burp after feed.. keep baby in upright position and gently rub the baby back for some time.. don't immediately keep the baby on bed after feed.. maintain gap between feeds.. give small feed..
