My baby is urinating frequently for many times today..What would be the reason?

Most likely the baby might be having urinary tract infection which might be making the baby passing urine frequently.
It is advisable that you give the sample for analysis

did the baby pass motion, as some time if baby has hard stool then baby will put pressure and will have frequent urine..
it may be infection.. consult the doctor..
