Q.

My baby is two months old and he is having a rattling sound after using nasivion drops, I think he has cough ? Could you pls suggest a medicine or what can I do in order to get rid of that sound?

A. do not worry this is normal in babies Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week
