my baby is turning 6 months today with which food should i introduce her?

A. hello ince the baby complete 6 months you can give baby semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet and onclude home made cerelac rice well cooked dal water ghee curds banana avacadoes which all can help in the growth of the child and also safe too
