Q.

my baby is turning 6 months old on 25.6.22.so i want to know what kind of food should. i start with.....like in utube there are so many recepies for. babies....so. what should i give n in how much quantity n how many tyms...i had several questions in my mind...

A. dear mum, top food should be introduced upon completion of 6 months and when baby enters the 7th month. You can begin with foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd. later mashed paneer. consistency of food should be like that of ghee avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. Squeeze lemon in baby's food for iron absorption. start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day. give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food Initially give after a breastfeed, or between two feeds; later give as breakfast, lunch ,dinner continue to breastfeed

A. my baby has turned 5 months 19 days today and his weight is 8.400 kg and 66 cm. so i want to know that that how he can get more healthy. i only breastfeed him...., when he was born his weight was 3. 643 kg it was normal delivery...
