my baby is ten month old. and he is not taking any solid for since five days. only on formula milk 200 ml four times a day and showing nausena symptoms and also urine is yellow color, 6-7 times a day

A. Hello mom if the baby teething ? As during such stage they tend to lose their appetite. Also make sure he is taking some liquids apart from milk , how is his stool formation ? Offer him some Seasonal fruits and vegetables soups ,
