My baby is suffering from fever... I am giving homeopathic medicine after consulting but still fever is nt coming down ... he is having runny nose and cough too .. what should I do

A. if the child is suffering from fever you can do cold sponging also along with paracetamol and repeat the medicine after 6 hours if again required and consult your doctor
