my baby is suffering by constipation from about 3 weeks I tried to change her diet and give her more water than usual but still no effect..... what I need to do

A. can give more of water for .Constipation is very common in babies ; mainly due to low fiber intake . So increase the quantity for water and fiber . Also lactulose can be used if severe constipation is there.
