My baby is starting solids soon. Can you suggest the best food options for him?

Namaste Mom, Would recommend that intially you start with liquid consistency foods, would be better , and gradually progress to semi solid and mashed foods. foods such as dal, rice water , steamed vegetables, soups, fresh fruit juice, puree , kichidi, porridge made with ragi, suji, home made cerelac mix, curds, ghee

A. Hi, fellow mother. I am a mother of two, recently started solids for my second one. I started with curds. Homemade or outside, both worked amazing. I eventually shifted to fruits. Pureè or juice both will work. So, first start with something eventually you will know what your baby likes. Love for your little one 💕

A. I only love slurrp farm products for my baby. You can try slurrp farm baby cereals and porridge like apple banana and ragi mix.
