Cold is a viral disease that usually occurs with symptoms like  sneezing, running nose, cough ,sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.at times it can be allergic too.
Treatment consists of antihistamines, antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would help in relieving congestion n soothing the irritation in nose and throat .you can give sinarest/wikoryl /ascoril flu cold in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms but it will be better to take only under medical guidance.so please get examination and treatment done by your pediatrician it will be better.no selfvselk treatment advisable.it may take upto two weeks also in recovery so dnt worry if gradually symptoms are getting relieved.child will resume normal activities thereafter.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment 
Use saline nasal drops
