my baby is premature ..he s gaining weight very slow .. doctor can i know the reason

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly. But some babies don’t gain weight easily but in such cases if baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine. You just concentrate on baby’s feeding habits. That is really important for babies overall growth.
