My baby is popping just after feed and poop is curdy and have milk lumps. What to do for this my baby is on formula fed

Look for first six months as you would know that kids have very poor digestion and they also have a stomach stomach reflux issues issues which is why they vomit a lot and motion is very frequent sometimes in this age you haven’t mentioned the age of your child so according to what I have understood with your question I can tell you this is normal but if you face more of problem with your child then that’s it please keep me to visit your doctor
