my baby is pooping green since 6 7 days poop included foam in it.What the reason for that?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. the green colour that many times is present in the stool is due to the digestive enzymes (bile )present in the stomach and when the food reacts with the digestive enzymes this can give grreen colour to the stool.
the importance is of consistency of the stool so if the consistency is watery and green then only you need to meet the docttor but if it is semi solid to solid green stool then no need to meet the doctor.r

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. “Bright green baby poop in a breastfed infant, especially if it's frothy, may mean they're getting too much foremilk and not enough of the fattier hindmilk,” dr says. Try keeping baby on one breast per feeding or hand express a bit of milk before letting them latch and see if this solves the problem.
