my baby is pooping after every feed ,we are giving formula milk to them , previously 30 ml we were giving now we increased it to 50 ml.

A. That’s okay not a problem because a child can poop a number of times in the day right after feeding in between the feeding they can pass number of urine also in the same way so this is a very normal situation that you are seeing with your child
