my baby is pooping 4/5 times since last four days.. it there anything to worry? what should I do.. sometimes it's sort of loose motion, and sometimes it come while farting.

A. sir am giving her formula milk, is it ok with top feeding??

A. it is quite natural for babies around this age to pass stool for to 5 times a day it will be watery also if you are giving only mothers feeding to the baby no need to worry
