my baby is peddling his foot for 10sec continuely and he does it for almost 7 to 8 times a day. he is of 81days age. he is of 5kgs now.. is it an issue doctor?

A. it is need .to eb sen. Pediatrician should be consulted for this as for proper treatment and management this required a proper examination of baby by the doctor. And also no any self medication should be given to baby .
