my baby is passing loose stools in green colour for one episode and 2 times of loose stools of yellow colour. he is on mothers milk. no cows milk

See a lot of things can be associated with it like lose motions can usually happen due to teeth coming it could be due to indigestion it could be associated with a stomach infection as well so instead of contemplating like this you should get a stool test done for your child
