my baby is passing loose stool for the last two days, like 5-6 times but she also has some very low fever. Please suggest

A. can't say like this baby on touch can have warm soles and head. It s a normal and healthy thing. Check temperature at armpit level and if above 99 fahrenheit then we treat fever in babies. Can give drops paracetamol like  calpol / T 98 / Sumol as per ba y weight . Can be repeated every 6 hours .
