my baby is p re mature n now he is 5 month old so how much amount of food purie Or food should I give... he is not even rolling nor crawling.. what should I do

A. Hello mom solids or liquids is preferable to start if the baby is able to sit even with support comfortably and able to hold his neck as well and these foods is not recommended in a lying position
