Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep aldso make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers mayd have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

U Should try doing this during the daytime and make your child is still sleep on the bed gradually only the habit is the going to change because you may have given this habit to the child from the day one which is why it is going to be tough but you just have to keep trying
