In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exactktj cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

usually it alright by the time
but if child feel discomfort, having pain, bleeding there please visit your pediatrician
