Q.
my baby is one month old.she has white coated tongue so i thought it was milk residue so i clean it every day but it doesn't clean..it still white. so is this tongue thrust.?

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 8 m old child3 years agoA. she is completely on breastmilk but i give it through bottle too..so is this only the reason for fungal infection coz she is taking on vitamin d which is prescribed by doctor or colic aid when she has colic problem occasionally

many times it may be be associated with either bottle feeding or usage of antibiotics in children.
it is important to differentiate between stuck milk inside the oral cavity and the fungal infection that is also known as oral thrush.
meet your doctor for examination of the child and treatment
