i will suggest you to drink zandu satvarish..
best for mother feeder.
.and for baby my hospital provide me "lactogen"nestle prodict for infact..
actually frankly speaking...nestle products are not so good but we donot have any choice also..
apna milk pilao caahe two drops hi ho...baby ke liye sabse best hoga..

lactogen is best but avoid formula milk and give breast milk if possible  .

I suggest you please take two leptadene tablet twice a day with glass of milk daily
it is very helpful
if necessary I recommend you A2 Desi cow milk for your child
