Q.

my baby is one month old I have used tablets to get milk and it came like that but the milk is not enough for a few days now what should I do to increase the milk

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist. Good luck and take care
