Q.

my baby is on breastfeeding and formula milk both I want to ask as a breastfeeding mom should I add a mayonise in my food like sandwich warap burger etc??

A. Mayonnaise if you have occasionally is not a problem but if you like mayonnaise quite a lot then why don’t you opt for vegan mayonnaise which you can make at home which is very very healthy and would taste 19 or 20 similar to what you like to eat otherwise occasionally maybe once or twice in a month if you’re eating it on a sandwich or a burger there is no problem
