My baby is on 7th month. Can I give her spinach and egg?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom spinach can be given to the baby and in fact gradually introduce one food at a time for them would be good . And in small quantities first . Eggs mostly egg yolk are recommended till the age of 1
