My baby is of 4 nd half month. He had 3 times motion today . I have attached pics pls tell me it normal or not . I’m worried

Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment
