my baby is of 3.5 months . He sweats while feeding... What should I do??... should I consult doctor??

my baby boy will turn 5 in one week I mean 4mnths 23 days
his weight is 6 now.
I exclusively breastfeed him
he increased just 200gms
when he is 5.7 when he was 4mnths
is weight okay ...???

Not needed it because kids normally sweat a lot when they’re taking a feed specially when they’re taking a breastfeeding they can have a lot of sweat behind their head into their scalp that is considered completely normal because the body heat is normally much more higher than us
