Q.

my baby is of 2 months and he sleeps just for 10-15min , any suggestion on this.Is this normal?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and he use to sleep only 10/15 minutes at a stretch so if he doesn’t grt enough breast feeding or comfortable sleeping conditions

A. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep. toddlers may have night terrors anud nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

A. Its Actually very less maybe your child is a light sleeper so if you want you can put an ear plugs into the ears of your child when you’re making your child sleep maybe with that your child me sleep for a longer duration
