my baby is now 7 month old. what kind of meals should be served

A. dear mum, at the age of 7 months, you can give foods like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked vegetable puree, khichdi, vegetable Dal rice. seasonal fruits, curd, paneer. add Ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
