Q.

My baby is now 6 month old and till now I m not having periods. Is this normal or I have to visit gynecologist?

A. no no.its ok.s thee will be tge menses suppression and ut will be till you are breastfeeding.You can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydrates

A. hey mommy this is different for each one of us. some get it within 30 days of childbirth and others won't get it even upto a year. there are various hormonal reasons. however both these conditions are absolutely normal and nothing to be worried about. continue to enjoy motherhood. ‌
