Q. My baby is now 4.5 months old and she is very thin when she was new born used to sleep whole day dint demand for milk I could not feed her at regular intervals, should I need to worry??

A. exclusive breastfeeding is very important for the initial six no the of age...make sure to breastfeed the baby after Every two hours during the day...once the baby is six mo the old start semisolids for the baby...make sure the baby is active and feds well...

A. No not to worry feed the baby on demand babies don't keep themselves hungry will demand if hungry sleep is as important as diet for the baby's growth.
Sleep patterns differ from baby to baby and keeps changing as the baby grows.
Babies new born need to sleep for 14 to 17 hrs including the naps a little up or down don't worry if the baby is active and healthy otherwise and not cranky and pees properly and taking feeds properly
