my baby is now 3 months 18 days old from the last 1 month he makes gora gora sound in throat like cafa in throat is it cause any problem and he had knots in back of the head is this normal to have

A. probably it is chest condition the reason baby is having sound like this you can give steam inhalation frequently to the baby to liquify the secretions and ambrodil drops 0.5 ml 2 times a day
