my baby is now 135 days old. shall I start solid foods?

Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and if Mother’s milk is not sufficient for baby then you can start giving formula milk but there is no need to give anything else to your baby. Mother’s milk contains all the nutrition is baby needs to start giving solids and water only once you baby turned six months old
