Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age youc need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

Some Kids can pick up by the age of 2 1/2 to 3 years also so you can beat at least up till the age of 2 to 2 1/2 years in between talk to your child encourage your child to chalk still if You child does not learn to talk by the age of 2 1/2 year then you take a guidance from a speech therapist
